I know firsthand what it’s like to manage the daily challenges of raising a child with severe food allergies. As a mother, I’ve been in your shoes—reading every label, double-checking every ingredient, and worrying about what the next meal might bring.
Today, I channel my experience and expertise into empowering other parents as a passionate food allergy advocate. I’ve introduced food allergy education at the university where I teach, spearheaded the first statewide stock epinephrine program at a daycare, and actively collaborate with leading professional organizations in the field. Through my research and scholarship, I stay at the forefront of advancements in food allergy care.
