I am SO glad you are here! I am Lindsay Green, a Nurse Practitioner, Professor, and Mom.

When my son was diagnosed with a peanut allergy at just 10 months old, I felt overwhelmed, scared and completely lost. Suddenly, everyday things like going out in public, dining at restaurants, or traveling felt impossible. And what about my other child without allergies? I had so many questions and fears as this invisible condition reshaped our family’s life.

I searched everywhere for support and clear guidance, but couldn’t find exactly what we needed. So, I took matters into my own hands. Drawing on my medical background, I specialize in urgent care and family medicine. Today, I teach parents, college students, educators, and healthcare professionals about managing food allergies safely and confidently.

I’ve spent countless hours diving into medical research, attending conferences, advocating for families, and working with leading allergy organizations — all to bring you reliable, up-to-date information and compassionate support in one convenient place.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or unsure about what to do next, that’s exactly where I come in. As a nurse practitioner, I’ve helped thousands of families understand and manage their conditions effectively. As a professor, I’m passionate about educating others. Now, I’m combining both to walk alongside you and your family on this journey.

You don’t have to do this alone — I’m here to support you every step of the way.
