My Story

I am SO glad you are here! I am Lindsay Green, a Nurse Practitioner, Professor, and Mom…

When my son was diagnosed with a peanut allergy at 10 months old, I felt overwhelmed and lost. I wasn't sure how to go out in public safely, and I couldn't imagine dining out or traveling! What about my other child without an allergy? I had so many questions, I was fearful as this invisible disability changed my family's life.

I searched for help and support but couldn't find what I needed. So, I took matters into my own hands. With a solid foundation in medicine, I’ve refined my expertise in food allergy by reading, research, attending conferences, and consulting multiple credible sources so that I can provide you with reliable information and comprehensive support, all conveniently located in one place. You might feel lost right now, unsure of what steps to take next or how to adapt your entire life. That's where I come in.

As a nurse practitioner, I've helped thousands of individuals understand their diagnosis and manage it effectively. As a professor, I love educating others. Now, I'm putting the two together to provide a range of services tailored to your specific needs. Whether it's one-on-one coaching, educational resources, or personalized guidance, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I’m your GUIDE by your SIDE.

My goal is simple: to provide practical, personalized guidance, empathetic support, and real-life strategies to empower you and your child to thrive despite a food allergy diagnosis.
